ST ULN2803A Octal Darlington Driver

Transistor Arrays – ST ULN2803A, Darlington transistor array, 8 drivers, CMOS, TTL input compatibility, 500mA peak output current, 50V output voltage, 50V switching voltage, 0.25us delay time, -20 to +85°C, 18-DIP case, the ULN2801A-ULN2805A each contain eight Darlington transistors with common emitters and integral suppression diodes for inductive loads.
